Founded and based in Phoenix, Arizona and led by Managing Partner Brandi Hunt, VIE partners with ownership groups and property management companies to create communities that are relevant, desirable, and positioned for long-term success.
Brandi's perspective extends beyond design. With experience across multifamily leasing, operations, property management, property development, and construction, she understands what ownership faces when balancing resident expectations, operational needs, budgets, schedules, and long-term investment performance.
Over the past two decades, we have completed more than 180 multifamily projects across 10 states — California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Utah, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina — partnering with more than 30 ownership and management groups.
